it seems you would be dealing with several issues, a premise for the show, based on spirituality, then how to format the show, get the show onto a station, find the cast, etc etc
i would suggest starting by researching how to promote and produce a tv show
as to the concepts of the show, there would be many to choose from, with combining those from different groups into one usually working the best, as it offers new ideas and promotes learning about those different then ourselves
not sure exactly what your concept for the show is, you mentioned reality, perhaps a group of people, very diverse, a mixture of races and ages and religions and wealth from the same general city or community all living in one house for a week or two? with various spiritual task to discuss or perform?
