Yes, Perseid meteors continue to enter the atmosphere after dawn, but you won't see any of them because the sky is too bright. Some other meteor showers originate from the direction of the sun and can't be observed visually at all. You can pick up FM radio signals bouncing off these meteors if you tune to an unused portion of the radio dial.

The meteor shower actually continues during the day (at lest till noon), but the sun rays and the light reflection by the sky hide them to our eyesight.

Of course they still go meters are almost in perpetual motion due to them being in space the only real thing that would stop them is crashing into something else or burning up. However we rarely see any of this due to sunlight and them being to far away.So the answer is yes we just can't see them.

No, the suns rays would make it to bright outside to see it.
