...might be checking me out.

I've worked with this girl for three months that looks kinda like Carrie Underwood. I'm 21, she's 18. When she first started working, I walked up to her, introduced myself, carried on a short conversation, and that was that. We've worked together all the time and would smile, acknowledge each other, but that was it.

Just within the past week, things have just evolved to the point where we talk regularly. Just yesterday, I was busy, walked past her cubicle, and caught her grinning at me out of the corner of my eye. I walked back up to her, she gave me this huge smile, and before I knew it we just laughed and talked about Mongolian food for ten minutes.

Okay, I'm a nice guy and not just about getting into some girl's pants. She seems to communicate that same vibe, and I like that.

Should I just go ahead and ask her on the first date, or talk to her some more before doing so? Thanks!

(I know this is P/S, not singles, and that I've asked this.)

Hi AGAIN!! I asnwered your last question on this, but STILL say, you need to be aggressive in pursuing her. It sounds like she is interested in you too, just take it slow and easy. BTW, I have a son that is also 21, so I feel like I am giving this advice to him also! Good Luck!

Unless you're her supervisor or something like that, definitely ask her out. You have the perfect set-up now because you can ask her to join you for some Mongolian one night.

get to know her more-maybe she'll give you the attention first & then you'll know it's the right time to ask her.
