I live in Jacksonville, Fl and keep seeing different times for when to see it. I want to know which direction I should look and what time is the best time to look.

Just before first light Monday morning, local time. The shower lasts days, but the part of Earth near the sunrise line is facing most directly into the meteor stream. Earth's rotation will take us all there, at about 4:00AM local time, whatever locality you are in. But some should be visible any time after midnight.
