Wait until it gets dark. Go outside, look up. Should be one every minute on average. If you are in an area with a lot of light pollution, you may not see them so well.

Look to the northeast & be patient, you will probably see some. I think the most activity will be an hour or so after midnight.

It depends on where you are when you're going to see them best.
East coast of the US will be after midnight.
