and feel pain?

Yes they have a nervous system that can detect pain, touch, etc. But do they have feelings like, "I hate that other ant," or "I feel a little depressed today." Probably not because the part of the brain where those feelings occur are not in an ant's brain.

Feeling is a kind of sensation.
They have a number of receptors that enable them to perceive the external world and they are quick to react accordingly. If you put a drop of acid they wring in pain.They have a nervous system to keep them aware of external and internal world.
