Just so you know my perspective, I'm only 20 and don't have kids, but I can tell you what was my experience looking back on being 14 (with more maturity now). 14 is old enough to start understanding things, to start questioning--if you tell him to stop, or cut off contact with his dad, the forbidden will only seem more interesting and he'll be mad at you. Isolation is needed for brainwashing, so if you counter what your ex says with positive information of your own, your son should be able to see things more clearly, and will make the right decisions. In my mom's case it was religion...she was JW, and I was hanging out with pagans, getting "dangerous" information, so she cut off all my contact with them instead of just talking to me about the other side and other info. out there. I feel like I'd be more likely to be JW today (I'm now agnostic) if she'd done it the other way.

go through a mentor and or ask him to stop. If he continues then take him back to court and go through mentor to supervise his visit. If he cont . let the court no you are your son advocate and you are going to tolerated this type of parenting. Girl all the money in the world isn't important then your child loosing that innocent. no child should have to grow up faster than what is anticipated. They are ready have enough pressure out in the world. They don't need to add to it by and ignorant adult.

brainwashing? how he doing that need more information. i think that maybe your son is growing up and he just playing the father role. your son isn't going to be a baby all his life so it best if it his father who teach him about adult thing. what are these adult things that you are assuming he doing?

Get over it, the kid will be a sissy if his father doesn't talk adult things to him, just as long as they aren't immoral or illegal.
Just be glad that the man finally stepped up to take responsibility for the boy>
Think about the boy, not your apparent insecurities, he will love and respect you more if you don't talk his father down or cause trouble for him.

well your son is getting older and he might have to hear some adult things. you should've been more specific of what things he's saying cuz then I could've helped you better.
