It occurs in America too. We (the planet) actually pass through the debris, so I don't think there's anywhere that doesn't see them.

i live in america and yes its happening here i live on the eastern side and we are suppose to be able to see it at 2 am

2am Eastern Time in the States will be clearest. But you can see it hours before and after.
