Im moving to PA with my family in December somewhere that is within an hour from NJ problem is I'm in college still and i want to start looking around at colleges. can anyone name some in that area that are semi cheap, county colleges perhaps? state schools?

It would be greatly appreciated.

The best public universities in PA are:

1. Penn State
2. University of Pittsburgh
3. Temple University.

Of those three -- Temple is the only one close to NJ (it is in Philadelphia). Penn State is in the middle of nowhere -- dead center in the middle of the state.

There are some state schools near the eastern part of the state (e.g., Westchester State) -- but they really aren;t that good.

Try looking into Penn State. I'm not sure how expensive they are but they're a good school.
