im 62 and retired for 5 yrs...i love making things out of popcycle sticks and tung depressers...so far ive made bi-planes...barns..houses...row boat..train...various vehicles...a deer john tractor...a helocopter...1 chinese junk...2 ...1800s style ships...complete with sails..a paddle weel boat...several shelves (from regular wood)...i made a pot and pan holder for the kitchen...just made a rack to hang afghans...workingon a tank and a cement truck...going to start on a viking ship soon...takes lots of glue and patiants...also like stamp collecting...and the wife and i travel a lot...plus we go for walks around this quaint little town we live in....phew im tired...time for hot milk and beddy bye......beam me up scottie

You ask that question as though Senior men are a defunct species , Senior men for your information,my dear,are still men and do things that they did before but maybe with a little less frequency. Don't discriminate between seniors as vital persons or blubbering old fools that can't find their @ss with both hands.
I'm sorry if I have offended anyone but like anyone else senior men as women for that matter are still members of the human race.

My motto has always been , no self respecting woman ever moves without her tools. I have sanders, drills, a jig saw, staple guns and all the accessories to go with them. I love wood working. I make pa terns on paper and cut them out of wood with the jig. Not to forget all sizes of hammers and nails and screws and wood putty and stain. I have made some amazing stuff. Just stuff--but fun for me. OOPS -- I MISSED YOU ONLY WANTED MEN TO ANSWER!!

well,not a man,but I love working,cutting,sanding wood things,I make lifesize wooden carousel horses,,and paint them in fantastic colors! pretty much takes up all of my time...
