When will you be able to start seeing the perseid meteor shower?

I know the peak time is between 12 and 4 AM but will you be able to see them any earlier than that?

Starting anytime after darkness...about 10 PM

as soon as day light allow,s.....they will be more visible as it get,s darker....but bigger one,s will be brighter ....happy viewing!
