I bought it and realized that i didn't want the purse and asked for a refund. They told me it was too late and had already shipped the bag on a Sunday. I asked them how they managed to ship it on a Sunday. But they said that they had. They are in Singapore. I don't want the purse anymore. I think it might be fake. What should I do? Can I get a refund for the purse and shipping?

If it's being sent USPS can I still refuse it? Or will it be easier to just resell it as a fake. Who wants a fake?

It may be a fake, but It's SUPER cute. (: I'd never trust anyone on EBay unless they're marked as a power seller. (Someone who buys real items JUST to sell them) I'd say just keep it & enjoy it. They're usually REALLY hard to tell if they're fake, so just say it's real. (:

Items from Asian countries are usually counterfeit as a rule of thumb on eBay. The best thing you can do for future reference is check the seller's feedback ratings and see if customers complained about counterfeit items and note the quality of the ratings. If you feel unsure about an item - don't buy it. The listing doesn't specify whether the item is authentic - and when purchasing Juicy items, always ask for pictures of the inside of the bags, to see the Love Juicy and other writing inside. When you receive the item, if you're not satisfied, leave the appropriate feedback and maybe try to resell the item. Good luck, and don't worry - it happens to all of us at least once.

If you paid for the item with a credit card, notify them to disallow the bill on the grounds that the item is counterfeit and therefore not what was advertised. When the package arrives, refuse delivery and do not sign for it. That will put you on record as never having received the item.. If you have paid by check, you can stop payment on the check (and pay the fee) on the same grounds. Always keep in mind that a contract cannot be enforced if there is anything illegal on the part of one of the parties and selling counterfeit goods is illegal so you should be able to cancel using one of these two methods.

It is a fake! Count on it! You will have better luck spotting the lockness monster than getting your money back.

you shoudl be able to sell it as a fake but they have to give you a refund on ebay because the item was not as described.

so what if it's a fake! you bought it, so might as well wear it. but if you really don't want it anymore, sell it to some one you know or put up signs saying that you are selling a fake juicy couture.

If it's from Singapore and on eBay, you can be sure it's fake. Better luck next time.
