I have been reading about the literacy techniques of "The Daily 5", and would like to use it in my French language class. Has anyone done this yet?

No, but I'm intrigued. What is this technique? I just googled it and saw some postings on Teachers.net, but I can't find another reference yet. Would you supply some additional details? I'm a French teacher, too.

Remember The Daily 5 is another way of "packaging"
the things teachers have been doing for years in teaching literacy.
I read many of the resources and found some new tips but the basics are the same as what I've been doing in my French classes for years. It is always great to see that the basics remain the basics.
