Kmart is dirty and scuzzy and they never have enough check-outs open, if you want to buy something it is a long wait in a long line with a slow cashier who doesn't seem to care that she is taking forever. It is always steaming hot in there, they don't even use their air conditioner in the summer.

Kmart they have horrible customer service, I was going to buy a leap frog puzzle for my son it was marked .99 and when I went to pay for it, it rang up 7.99 and I said wait there is a sticker on there for .99. After about 20 minuites the cashier informed me that someone must of put the sticker on there because it's not suppose to be .99. I was so pissed off, I refused to purchase anything I had there, like ten items and left her to the embarrassment of putting them somewhere. Then I called the store and complained about the service to the manager. Hopefully got her snobby butt in trouble.

Walmart..because i hate running into tons of people i know..especially when its just been one of those days and i dont feel like talking to anyone... I mean KMART is soo much more expensive..but where i live..its always dead..so i rather change up and go there sometimes

WalMart because people always use the customer service line to pay for stuff, thinking they can avoid the long lines, & then eventually, the CS line gets long, & people get impatient who need exchanges or refunds.

I don't shop either store because I have higher standards when it comes to merchandise and customer service and would rather pay more and get my moneys worth.
