Most plants don't need watering daily.

Only water when the surface of the soil is dry to touch.

Whenever you are running a tap, eg before shower waiting for hot water to come through, save the water in a bucket and use this to water your plants.

Save the rinse water from your washing machine and use it as well. Also any water from washing vegetables, drained water from cooking vegetables, parta etc.

By rotating which plants get a drink each day, this amount of water will keep many alive without waste!

Grouping them together increases the humidity and reduces their water needs.

Don't forget you can mulch pot plants too! Use small pebbles or gravel or fine wood chips.
