The term "cherry popping" refers to the breaking through of the hymen which happens when a girl is penetrated having sex. This causes a little bit of bleeding and therefore has been sur-named cherry popping. Your hymen is your cherry. Hope that helps.

just to let you know, you don't have to have sex to have your cherry pop. A cherry can pop even during sports. If you happen to fall or hit something abruptedly around that area it'll pop. Which is like a short, one moment period.

or if someone else is saying that they popped someones cherry it means that they had sex with a virgin and broke their virginity

it can mean two things
1) losing your virginity
2) breaking your hymen
They are two different things and you can do both at the same time or at different times.
