I'm writing an article about lesbian sexuality, and I need to find some lesbians to ask questions to. What's the best way of doing this?

I'm a straight guy, and I'm not trying to flirt with lesbians. I'm just trying to ask questions.

Just find some and ask them politely if they would mind answering a few questions, and don't be pushy and if they don't feel comfortable answering a question then just move on to the next.

You ask her the same way you ask a straight Lady. You ask her Politely. You say, "Excuse me Madame, Miss (whichever title fits) I'm writing a paper on lesbian sexuality and I need an objective opinion. Could you talk to me?" If she says yes, thank her and sit down and go on with the interview. If she says no, thank her and move on. If some ladies insult you, take nothing at any offense and just thank them and back away.
You have to be objective at this as well. Your professionalism will prove to them that you are, indeed, a journalist. Good luck.

Advertise in the local gay paper. If there isn't one, which would surprise me, or even if there is, post in the local lesbian hangout(s)--bar, bookstore, whatever--something like this.

LOCAL LESBIANS, PLEASE HELP!
I need to interview Lesbians for an article in the Local Enquirer focusing on [discrimination / commitment / health / whatever subject(s)]. No money offered, just satisfaction in getting the truth out to the public. My name is John Doe and my cell phone is 555-555. If you want to check me out--and you should!--call the Enquirer at 666-6666 and ask for Martha Washington. (Yes, that's their real phone number; it's in the white pages.)

If you're legit, good luck, man. If you're a poser, I hope you get kneed several times, really good, by a number of righteously angry women.

What publication is interested in publishing this article? I'm not even sure your serious, asking a woman about this in person, not even knowing for sure if she is a lesbain, you will probably get yourself slapped.
