I really dont cuz they have proof but i dont believe it unless im there seeing it 4 myself

Its probably some sort of extinct creature like the Dodo. Several Cultures unconnected to Canada/North America also have similar "mythical creatures". In the Himalayans, the tibetans claim that Yetis ( Abominable Snowmen ) still roam the mountains.

Chinese and Hindu Myths talk of sentient monkeys and apes - like Hanuman and Sun Wukong

Who knows ... maybe even Goliath, Antaeus, Hercules or Atlas was some form of cousin race to the Yeti or Sasquatch

No. I think that there are people who cut themselves off from society, live in the woods, let themselves go (no razors) and sasquatch was born.
