one of my windows (with the air conditioner) is foggy, does all AC's do this to windows (is it even because of the AC in the first place)? Is there any way to prevent the fog?

If this is doing it in the morning, this is normal, since condesation is occurring outside the window, the humidity is the culprit here. When you mix warm air from a A/C and the cool air from outside, you will get that fog you are concerned about. There is no way to prevent this, except one, turn off the A/C.

If its working ok and still fogging, take some white foam shaving cream; you can get very cheap cans in the sample section in target; and clean your window with the shaving cream. It will not allow for any fogging.

You will have to do this every couple of months if the fogging is severe. Good luck.

If its in your car, you might have a leak in one of your heater hoses. The fog in this case is caused by antifreeze leaking into your heating/cooling system. This happened to one of my cars. Usually only happens in older used cars, not newer ones.
