Military flight programs (and most government organizations that have a vision requirement, like the FBI/NSA/CIA) usually require you to have 20/40 or above vision (nearly perfect). However, if you have corrective surgery, such as LASIK, and can pass the vision tests, that will usually suffice. Contact lenses and glasses are not allowed, because of safety reasons. (Suppose one falls out at a VERY bad time...).
The Astronaut program has WAY more stringent physical, mental and professional requirements, and requires a very high degree of experience. Consider that only a handful of veteran military pilots are accepted, and that should give you an idea how hard it is. However, if you can get into military flight training, and rack up a decade or more of consistently perfect performance, that's a very important first step for consideration.

Depends on how bad. You can be a commercial pilot if your vision is correctable to 20/30. Military programs vary, but you can give your local recruiter a call for the exact requirements.
The astronaut program is highly competitive and any eyesight defect is likely to be a down check.

If you have laser eye surgery to correct your vision to 20-20, or better, you could qualify as a pilot or astronaut. Without the corrective surgery I would suggest loking at more practical means of employment.
