There are really several differences in those two men:
their teeth and smile: a wealthy man has cared for his teeth and it shows when he smiles
their hands: a wealthy man has manicured nails while a poor man works with his hands and the weather will have taken a toll
their watches: a poor man will have a less expensive time piece if any at all while a wealthy man will have a nice watch
their clothing: a wealthy man will have names on his clothing while a poor man cannot afford designer brands
their cars: Do I even have to go here?

Cars and clothes mean nothing. It has to be their demeanor and how they treat people. A rich man will not always let the world know they are rich. Only the arrogant ones flaunt it around.

You could tell by what they talk about. If it is gossip, weather or day to day things, then the man is likely to be poor.
If the man talks about global finance, big picture items, concepts and theories, he is more likely to be rich.

It's kinda the same as the begger man and the thief. The begger man is the poor man and the thief is the rich man. The difference is, the fact that the rich doctor and lawyer don't have the pride of the Indian Chief.

I don't know. I don't choose to associate with poor people, so I really wouldn't be able to tell other than saying a poor person is someone I wouldn't be seen with.

The poor man will say things like "good afternoon sir" or "bless you" and "thank you".
The Rich man won't even look in your direction.
