How would I go about driving a horse from Mexico to the US. We would like to adopt a horse with no papers and bring him back to the US. Who should I contact about paperwork and legal stuff?

You don't need any papers... Just let an illegal alien borrow it to ride across the border.... even if the border patrol catches the alien they'll just let the horse go, they're too big to fit in the squad car.

If this is something that you want to persue, then track down customs, the ones who run the boarder and say what can cross and can't cross. You will want to have all details thoroughly o.k. before you go to make the trip. Make sure you know all the details and hoops that you have to jump through.

contact the boarder patrol or the people who does the passports, or maybe even the owners of the horse.
