Due to the evidence found concerning dog fighting at his residence , he was arrested on various charges. Whether he goes to court for trial depends on the prosecutors and Vick, he may be offered a deal which he might accept. Most cases don't make it to trial.

He wasn't caught dog fighting. He rented a house to relatives who were running a dog fighting operation. So far, nothing except that he lost a few endorsement contracts. I don't believe a court date has been set yet.
