I doubt it somehow. It's especially unlikely that they're reptilian - why on earth would they look so similar, and how would they breed with an entirely different species.
This is a rather fanciful idea. It's much simpler and more likely (though sadly boring) that Nordic people are human just like the rest of us.

Your not the only person to think that, I believe the occultist working for Adolf Hitler where the first to come up with that.
I doubt it thou, I've seen a cut German and they bleed red like everyone else.
