I am a 38 C bra size... the thing that's concerning me is my band size... does it have to do with being overweight? I'm a little overweight but am losing... will the band or cup size go down or both?

Your band size probably will, and your cup size MIGHT. Cup size doesn't really lower, but it can.

there is a possibility that both band and cup will go down. If not cup most likely the band at least will go down!

It's possible that both will go down. Band size doesn't necessarily mean you are overweight, you could have a large ribcage.

Both may. Your band size would because you end up losing inches when you lose weight. Your volume/cup size may stay the same because you may or may not lose in the breast (depends on how much fatty versus dense breast tissue is in your breast).
