Sorry no. You have to use them at participating grocery stores. They should have given you a list when you first got the foodstamps

Nope, can't buy anything cooked with food stamps. I think it's because food stamps are intended for groceries, which will ultimately last longer and feed more people than one fast food meal.

No, nor should they. Food stamps are paid for by hard working taxpayers! They can not be used for prepared or ready to eat food, either at a grocery store or a restaurant!

If you need others to pay for your food, rather than earning your own way, you should not be eating in restaurants anyway!

No. You can purchase birthday cakes from supermarkets.
You can purchase at most Bakeries,but you have to take them home.People used to could eat at the bakeries inside with the foodstamp purchase. You can not Purchase: Shampoo,Diapers,Alcohol or Cigars or Pens,Paper.
You may purchase ice IF it is going to be consumed at most places.Best Wishes!
