I would go with maybe
a golden, bronze, or light brown eye shadow
Brown eyeshadow compliments either green or blue eyes
Im guessing you have fair skin?
well , (if you are fair) don't wear anything too dark and drastic.. sometimes dark colors make me look sickly so thats why im advising you..
I would go with maybe light browns,tan,vaish,white,red.. any color would look fine on you

eyeshadow-- shades of purple and pinks, and maybe anywhere in between. i've seen some people wear blue or sun (yellow to orange to gold) colors and i think it'll work if applied right in layers. try Play Up Green Eyes by Almay eyeshadow. it has 3 eyeshadows that you apply in layers according to what the directions say. add a good liner and mascara and your eyes will pop!
as for clothes, i dont think it matters but maybe a few websites will tell you what helps bring out ur eyes

go with a green eyeliner, natural skin tones for the shadows, a dusty rose blush, pink lip gloss, and a green shirt to bring out the color of your eyes
