Yep, left foot is about 1/2 size larger.
Always buy the shoe size to fit the larger foot. You can always wear extra socks on the smaller foot or put in an extra thick insert.

Yes, my left foot is about 1 inch longer. I believe this is actually normal

Both of my fots are the same. Boy, I can never find a sho for my fots either. :>)
