Every week or two. Things run out quicker than I'd like them to.

LOL.. seems like every day but it's really about 2-3 times a week. I have a growing (at an alarming rate!) five year old son and a boyfriend that's a construction worker... sometimes it seems that ten minutes after I get back from the grocery store, we're outta something and I gotta go back!

l shop about 4 times a week, l live one mile from the store and have to carry everything up a flight a steps so l go often. Just makes my life easier.

i do a shop weekly but i still have to go to the local shop at least every second day..

Neither, weekly is the routine, as fruit & veg can't hold out a month, and who has time to shop daily.
