it hurts the tires

If you take it easy on any of these you won´t hurt anything. If you go too rough the tires will throw up the gravel and maybe damage the paint. If its a really hot day then asphalt(I presume this is what you mean) can be thrown up on to the bodywork and require a solvent to get off. As to concrete I´m afraid you will have to be a little more specific. The only time I have seen liquid concrete on the streets is if one of those big concrete mixers has left some on the road. In that case you had better remove it with water as soon as possible.

If you're in gravel, deflate your tires a little for better traction. Do not rev the engine or you'll blow out your tires.
Put your car in the lowest gear and go s-l-o-w. If that doesn't work, grab a couple boards and slip under your tires for better traction. That will help in asphalt or concrete too.

If you're car 'gets stuck` on concrete and asphalt,
may I suggest that there's already something seriously wrong with the car?

Getting stuck doesn't hurt anything.
It's how u go about getting it out that may create problems.

But how do you go about getting stuck on asphalt or concrete?
