i really want a lizard but dont know which

You would probably be best off with a 'beginner' lizard, such as a leopard gecko or a fat tailed gecko.
They are both easy to care for, don't mind being handled, and don't need any specialist equipment or care.
All they need is some suitable substrate (repti-sand/calci-sand etc), a couple of hiding places, a water dish, a heat bulb/heat mat, and a good varied diet (crickets, locusts, mealworms, waxworms, moths, spiders).
Their crickets will need to be dusted with a calcium powder twice a week or so, because they need calcium to prevent MBD (Metabolic Bone Disease). We also put vitamin drops in our lizards' water.
Additionally, only feed them waxworms occasionally as a treat because they are high in fat and have little nutritional value.

i found that leopard and blizzard geckos were the easiest to care for and my brother has quite a collection of lizzards and he also say that theyre the easiest

It depends if you wanta small or big one rainforest or desert one to look at or one to hold
