No, there are those that are more selective than that. I'm pretty sure the Ivies are at around the low 10% or single digits.

Depends on what college you want to go to, and how well you did. I personally don't think that's very low, and yes, there are more selective colleges than that. However, Cornell's college of Engineering's acceptance rate is 36.5%, according to their website. lol. Just thought you'd like to know. =]

It depends on the college. Usually, the stronger then reputation of the college, the lower the acceptance rate is. Think about it. More people want to go to the better schools but they only have a limited number of available slots.

not necessarily.. other colleges are less than 10%, some 20%. it depends on the amount of freshman seats available and how many theyre going to admit and the university size and how many people there are..
id say.... thats pretty selective. but not that much.

No, it means that the school is pretty selective. The higher the acceptance rate is, the less selective they are.
