OK, if you'd like to block certain websites, I'd suggest that you download some type of blocker that would prompt the computer user for a password when they try to visit YouTube.com. If you are on a separate computer and have a router, you can type in 192.168.0.1 and then try to block it so that only a certain computer can access YouTube.

i dont know about firefox but in explorer you go to tools in your internet browser then internet options.. a box comes up and go to the second one that says security then restricted sites... click on sites and add youtube and push ok... hope it helps

you want to block your brother from youtube, you *****, its one thing when PARENTS block PORN from there KIDS, but this is just spite.
