I am inclined to agree. The damage he has done is practically irreparable. He is a bumbling, mumbling idiot that is so friggin' dumb that HE believes the bullshit that comes out of his own mouth! He is the devil's spawn.

There are several Presidents that are really bad. I don't think that President Bush is one of the best, but I think he is a good one. A bad President is one that doesn't take action when a problem is occuring. Even if in the end it turns out to be the wrong action, a sign of a good leader is to take action.

President Pierce,Buchanan, Harding & Carter are all good examples of bad Presidents.

President Buchanan is the worst, because his inabilty to act caused the Civil War. At the time when our nation was so divided we needed a strong leader to pull us back, and he failed. However, because of his failure one of the greatest men in history came to office.

You live in one of the safest periods in history and you think that he was the worst leader ever? Yes, the terrorists came and brought down the World Trade Center in 2001 but they attempted to do this during Clinton's presidency in 1993. Do you remember that? These terrorists in 1993 were not taken seriously and they had free reign to do what they did.

I can think of some leaders that were a lot worse than Bush.

King Herrod
Stalin
Lennon
Hitler
Leon Trotsky <-- one of the most evil human beings that ever lived.

In terms of the worst president, I think that is a little too dramatic. I can think of two presidents that were pretty bad...

Herbert Hoover
Warren Harding <-- so many scandals during his presidency that he is considered the worst president ever.

staring at this from a in basic terms political attitude, putting off the plain ludicrousness, the sparkling answer is that for the period of a Simian society no between the Human species could be a suitable chief. As evidenced by their medical care of the people astronauts, the apes could have taken care of him as an inferior. although, they could have allowed him greater admire and dignity than you look able to allowing the duly elected chief and President of u.s.! If President Bush is so unacceptable to you, consistent with risk you may evaluate immigartion. i think of you may evaluate North Korea. consistent with risk that would desire to be greater to you likeing.

He is a classic sociopath, he is incapable of human empathy, he never stutters and stammers and misspeaks when he is talking about revenge, or killing the enemy or "shock and awe", just when he is talking about problems affecting regular people.
He cant relate to regular people because he isn't human himself, at least he doesn't have normal human feelings.

He is similar to Hitler in this way, complete inability to empathize with others, look how they keep the mothers of dead servicemen away from him, these women would spot this in a heartbeat, and would then be free to tell the world the truth about this guy.

How blind or greedy do you have to be to still support this psychopath? I guess 75% of the country is wrong and you're right?

I wouldn't say he's the worst. I think the worst would be North Korea's president Kim Jong-il, but president Bush is definitely not the greatest either.

Bush sets a new standard for "the worst". For eons to come civilizations will have this sorry standard of incompetance combined with delusional narcissism to measure the worst of their worst against. However it would take all of the planets aligning to even allow anyone to approach Dubyas level of bad.

There is no doubt in my mind that George W. Bush is the worst leader America has ever been burdened with.

I think he gets a really bad rap for a few things. Namely that he isn't the most fantastic public speaker ever. I think there's people all over the nation just watching his every speach waiting for him to say something unclearly and pick it right apart.

Also, there's the war. But who's to say that there isn't reasons behind it that we simply cannot disclose to the media? I mean, if there was this really big underlying reason for what he did, and it made perfect sense, I think a lot of Americans would feel pretty darn stupid.

Plus, I don't think that anyone ever pays any mind to the good things he does, or the very intelligent things he says. If you ever watch a full 30-40 minutes of him talking, it's not hard to notice that he does have a lot of very good points.

Not to say I'm a huge fan or not, I just feel that most people that give him a terrible time are very undereducated about him, and pay attention only to his weaknesses and none to his strengths, and also trust that the media knows everything, and doesn't blow things way out of proportion, and I think that's a terrible reason to speak of him as the worst leader in history.

sweetpea, you are deranged, as usual.

anonymous, having a pair of balls is not a prerequisite for president. having more than a pair of brains is. where were his balls during the viet nam war?

i know he is probably the most arrogant president that has served in my lifetime, also the most secretive. he has never made a mistake, according to him. he does not care about the will of the people. he only hears the big money whispering in his ear.

Clinton was the worst president, followed closely by Carter.

The irony is the two men are extremes in character: Clinton extremely dishonest and self-serving, Carter extremely honest and decent.
