You can trim your brows w/ small brow scissors or baby scissors & a brow brush (lash comb or spoolie/old, clean mascara wand).

Comb up your brow hairs & trim the ones that stick out a little bit. Then comb the hairs downward & trim the ones that stick out just a tiny bit. Comb the brows into place & step back to check your work in the mirror. Trim very little at a time - go very slowly & cut just a tiny bit at a time.

You can use clear brow gel to hold your brows in place.

A small pair of scissors? You can find tiny pairs at the drugstore.
I don't really have any other ideas, sorry.
