My fav probably goes to ranma 1/2, it fits yoru description to the T technically it is a romance but it has enough comedy to entertain the guys and the broad amount of characters keeps the laughs comming, the show won some kind of best anime award in its catagory but don't rely on me go check it out or look it up. I suggest you at least check out the first season and if yoru brave continue to season 3 so you can be introduced to happosai (perverted old man that steals womans underwear).

OH! then you will love fruits basket...
i was under the impression that it was about a whole bunch of gay kids at a highschool...but it's not!!!!
It's hard to explain the story, but basically all these high school kids live together, and they can turn into animals from the zodiac. A lot of the show is about love and high school, so i think you would enjoy it.
you can go to myspace videos and type in Fruits basket episode 1
and it should be there.
