please anyone help me for this what can i do to know what my system by checking i mean HARDWARE! is it possible to know my motherboard,hard disk,video card,sound card,lan card,etc. type and product by checking in commands i mean not to open the entire pc just checking using your mouse and keyboard coz sometimes when we buy a computer like used pc or second hand we dont know if the owner write the true specs of his computer he sell and off corz we cant open the entire system to check if that pc is ok to used thats why i ask this and hope you can help me guys thanks

Install CPUZ, Everest and Belarc Advisor on a USB flash drive. Plug it into the computer you want to inspect. You can almost see everything with those 3 tools.

Dear Friend
for the CPU and RAM actual setting you can logon to the BIOS at startup and check the speed and the clocking and the CPU general specification
about the other drivers go to
Control Panel----->system------>hardware----->device manager tab-----> you can see all the drivers and devices that is connected to PC
and you can see if there is a problem with the device or driver by the signes that found beside the name of the Hardware tag

the best way is to open the case, you can check CPU, RAM, and hard drive space without doing this, but for things like the motherboard its best to check by opening

in the suspect computer
have it powered up
then go to the control panel
system
hardware
device manager
and expand the device tree
you see everything
