What all do I need to put in a herman's tortoise tank??

Buying it tomorrow but I already have the tank and light. What else do I need?

It will need a very large enclosure, a basking heat lamp with a temp of around 95F during the day, cooler on the other side of the enclosure, a UVB bulb on for 12 hours and placed within 12 inches of the basking spot, and a varied diet. A source of water, a place for the tortoise soak.
A separate drinking area
A hide box or shelter.
A sub-straight for it to live on, like gravel or wood-chip, use whatever it is used to.
Keep the light a minimum of 18inches from the tortoise.
Set up some sort of gradation of temperature and light, from warmer to cooler. Hide box should be in the cool spot and water in between. Purchase a device to measure and monitor temperature and relative humidity in the cage.

Also make sure you have food and a place to feed it.
