its a radio station that is broadcast in philly 104.5 WRFF does anyone listen to that station here

Oddly enough, this station is owned by Clear Channel, the biggest of the big conglomerates. They may be "stunting" which is how a station draws attention to itself when just going on air or changing formats. Sometimes stations will play Christmas music in the Summer, or play polka over and over - just to get your attention. I'm not sure the exact details, but my inclination would be to enjoy while you can.
