Definitely Thirteen. I think it's a little older than what you're looking for (2001). It's absolutely perfect. It covers everything you're looking for in a movie.

"13" and "Towelhead" are ideal for that. this would not revolve around teenage lifestyles yet "Requiem for a Dream" focuses incredibly on drugs and covers slightly intercourse. it somewhat is a television educate no longer a action picture yet "Skins" is all approximately intercourse, drugs and teen lifestyles.

definately rent She's Too Young, it is a lifetime movie, but it is REALLY GOOD, it is sooo good i bought it! lol, you really need to see this movie if you want to see movies about drugs, sex, and drinking!
