Congrats on the twins!
I really like Miley i think its so cute but maylin i never really heard of and it reminds me of the marlins... the fish...
here are a couple M names i though u might like...

Awe, congrats.. those names are absolutely darling and they're different but not too different. They are also really classy, trendy names. The girls will probably thank you for giving them such unique, girly names when they aren't the third or fourth Miley and Maylin in their class.Those names go well together too.. So cute. Good luck!

How about Miley and Madison? You could call Madison Maddy for a nickname- so cute! :) You might not want to stick with the M names though- matching names aren't all that great. You want your kids to have their own identity- if they're going to share a birthday, looks, everything- they should have their own name. But, hey. :) Your children, your decision. Good luck!

I like the names.
Some spell Milly instead of Miley
the two names might be too close sounding that people can get confused over the names.
How about Milly & Molly
or Marilyn & Mackenzie
Mackenzie & Madison aka Mackie and Madie

I know they don't start with the letter M, but I found the following on a webs site and thought I might throw them your way and see what you think.
Margaret and Pearl
Margaret means "pearl" in Greek.
Mary and Myra
The names are anagrams of each other.
Melanie and Phoebe
Both names are Greek, but Melanie means "dark" and Phoebe means "light".

do a unique but not totally weird spelling for them.Like instead of Miley, how about Mylee. and intead of maylin(uhh) use madison, but spell it differentlylike madisson
