i make friends but then they turn out not to be friends...like an ongoing circle of misery...

Oh yes, all the time, the friends i make always turn out to be the type of people who only call me when they need something, and when they realize i'm not gonna drop everything to help them all the time then i never hear from them again.....but i guess thats part of life, it sucks cause i live in a tiny town of 700 people and they are either druggies or users, so i loose alot of friends due to i make the wrong ones.....

That's the thing can you consider them a friend if they are gone now. Like were they really your friend to begin with. I loose a friend well ....(male friend) like 10 million times a year. No one sticks around ahhhh memories. Oh well haha

no not losing friends because i have a bad personality or anything...but i just have a hard time making them because I am a little quiet in general..(yes & shy)

i dont really 'make' friends, cos i dont approach ppl to talk, generally.
and i dont really 'keep' friends either cos i am rather skeptical and suspicious..

yeah I used to feel that way, it used to really bother me, then I realized that those people don't matter.....you don't have time to deal with people who do not honor you
