No, I don't, but they'll never legalize it. They're too busy making new laws to keep us from doing anything that might make our lives fun. They'd outlaw booze in a heartbeat if they thought they could make it work, but us drunks are pretty stubborn. Now come on, Shazzy...quit bogartin' that number...toke, toke, pass...remember?

I think neither should be legal. I smoke pot, but I don't think it should be legal. It is as good as in Holland, you can legally buy it here, but I must say, the consequences of using it are not to be taken lightly. You have to be an extremely strong person to handle long term use. But that also goes for alcohol or tobacco. It is and remains a drug to your system. That goes for all of them. In which class we put it is entirely fictional and optional and can change with political choices... however, historically alcohol went legal, pot did not.
Both have bad effects, both have good effects as well. It all hangs on how you use it.

funny, if the government legalized pot and establishes a hemp industry, we would have a subsitute for paper, textiles, rope, clothes etc. and that would help our enviroment. also being high is a lot safer than being drunk. if pot were legalize, the gov't should just regulate it and have control over it. the gov't can tax it and the users can smoke worry free, also if the users are paying the gov't for it rather than bob on the corner, it should help the economy too.

i dont agree iwth alcohole being legal anyway. drunk ppl kill more ppl than drugs put togather. it just comes down to money. the government get paid to distribute alcohol. they dont get paid to distribute weed. i would rather be around high ppl than drunk ppl too. i would rather drive around n the highways with high ppl rather than drunk ppl too
