i might be gettin a mazda rx7 and i know it has a rotary engine..now how is that different then a piston engine? all i know is that it needs alot more oil to lube up the engine....

aside from using gas, they are not alike at all.

Like the other person mentioned, the seals do go bad quickly on rotary engines, so you may want to upgrade the apex seals. Also, you may want to invest in a good cooling system. Rotary engines produce a lot of heat. also it may cut down on the amount of fuel you use. If you look on the web, im sure you will find a lot more information
