Wering skinny jeans with flats is very approprate for school but high heels are not. I have worn heels to school before and I felt like people thought I was trying too hard or something so I never do it anymore. Hope I helped!

I think it is okay for heels but not skinny jeans she is a freshmen she might start to get to much attention to early in her high school years. It sounds like she wants to make that transition in her appearance from middle school to high all teens do but the just have to know how to without going overboard and being laughed at for trying to hard. But it is up to you if you think it is to much compromise go for the heels or skinny jeans but not both.

I think a freshman, and anyone else, should wear what they want and what makes them comfortable. But I'd wait on the heels, until you really get to know the school. Took me about three weeks to get from class to class without getting lost. And walking back and forth trying to find your locker is NOT fun in heels.

If there are a lot of stairs in your school and you are always on them, NO. And I persoanlly wouldn't I prefer bootleg jeans and some cute heel boots, but not high high heels, like some kitten heels

Not high heels. I'd wear flats or only a little heel.

I wouldn't. You will look like you're trying to be older and that doesn't impress anyone.
