Because guys are pigs and usually just trying to be masculine... when it's a girl, since girls rarely do, you can tell she's being sincere ("mmm I would totally have sex with him)", but when a guy says he'd tottally do Jessica Alba, it's more of an ego/pride thing... my explanation...

I guess it's because they're under the impression that girls are these really innocent creatures. It's not that they don't expect girls to think about sex because they know they do but when it's voiced...it can be shocking for some people.
