a chucky doll is a hard doll which are use in sometimes, comedy with a human and they talk, as the human comedian talks without moving thier lips so the audience are fooled into thinking its the chucky talking well thats the aim anyway. normally they have convos using humour. i find them scary because i dont really like clowns or chuckies or anything like that because they have a painted smile which i find quite creepy as it never changes and the eyes are jet black and shiny which isnt normal. i no im strange

what the previous answerer was referring to is a ventriloquist dummy. Those are not scary unless you just happen to be afraid of them .
Chucky is a scary looking doll from horror movies.
