If you meant noisy instead of nosey then I'd suggest Didsbury but it's quite expensive to live there. Other than that we're all nosey here! Don't you watch Corrie?!

Heaton Park & Prestwich in North Manchester are the quietest,most peaceful areas.

South Manchester is the best! Chorlton, Fallowfield (if you don't mind students), Ladybarn, Withington... all good. Didsbury is OK but pricey...

Sale is lovely, good tram links into city. Nice friendly town centre, lovely houses.
