The beginning is just "Whooweewhoo" over and over but when the lyrics start they go really fast. I think one part goes "And you were my wo-orld.."
The first part was on the commercial for the new ABC show Samantha Who?
I first heard the song at six flags, something they were playing in the background. Sorry it's not much to work off of..

That is DEFINITELY "Sweet Escape" by Gwen Stefani. I didn't hear it in the longer promo posted earlier, but that is the song you're looking for in this one.
