What do you mean by redeem? As in, you lost the paperwork for a new pass? If that's the case, you can't redeem anything, you'll have to purchase your pass again. They can't tell who has purchased season passes until the certificates are redeemed.

Now, if you're talking that you already have redeemed your season pass, but you lost it, you can pay the $10 replacement fee and get a new one.
